Requesting a Refund

Duet offers both one-time purchases, such as TURBO or CRUSH, and subscription services. Refund eligibility is determined by our Terms and Conditions and several factors, including:

• The platform used for the purchase (iOS, Android, etc.)
• Your geographical location
• The type of purchase

Apple Account Payments

All payments and refunds for Duet purchases via Apple are managed by Apple directly. To request a refund:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Log in with your Apple ID.
3. Choose 'I would like to' and then select 'request a refund'.
4. Submit your request by following the on-screen instructions.

Google Play Payments (Android)

To request a refund for Duet purchases via Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Locate the Duet purchase, then tap 'Request a refund'.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna Payments

If your payment was made with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna, please reach out to our support team. They will evaluate your request and respond accordingly.
